Job description :
The first impression of a dental office comes from the front desk, where there needs to be someone to welcome patients with a warm smile. We are looking for someone who can be a part of our Front Desk Team. This is where patients enquire about everything they want to know about the dental office. Your responsibility will be huge as you need to look into the office's flow. If you have excellent interpersonal skills and organization skills, then grab this opportunity.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Welcome and greet patients.
- Answer phone calls and send emails.
- Help patients check-in and check out.
- Schedule appointments for patients.
- Remind patients of their appointment.
- Verify and prepare claims for Insurance
- Helping patients fill out their documents.
